Friday Has Come At Last, and Almost Gone

Today was a huge day at the ITSO SD. We have the New Phone System that has been in the works for over a year. Many things have contributed to the failure of and early implementation. The main one was a lack of networking band-width to our building.

The phones work and the sound is better. The powers that be can see everything on our monitors. At some point a person has to just stop caring what the sneaky people are doing and get on with life. I am using my time at the SD to be the Man I always wanted to be.

Thought on growth as a person: It is the failures and the troubles that make us strong. It appears that the happy times, the few that we get in life, can be seen as rewards of sorts. The rewards in life are the lessons learned. Gold may not be able to buy such moments, but it helps to have a bit along the way.

This is a good weekend. My medicine is working very well and I see a time over the weekend to be with my son and to do some hiking.

Onwards to the fun!
