Juicing and all that Jazz

I have to say that Juicing makes one hungry. Ricki and I are not 100% fasting on juice only.

According to a documentary that we saw each meal needs to be at least 51% raw food. That way the vitamins and minerals are fresh and not cooked - thus losing many to the heat.

By juicing all of the items will be at the consistency of blood. This allows for absorption into the body from the stomach. The absorption is almost immediate. The faster the absorption that faster and better the body can use the vitamins and minerals.
