Google + - Just what are You?

Dear Google;
I love your online stuff. I love Google-Docs and Storage. Picasa is a little off and unapproachable, but usable. I have an Android Phone and keep my life on it. With Google I feel 85% of the way inserted into the Matrix.

Yet, for all of your effort,  Google+ cannot be understood or used. WHY?????? You have some of the best UI people in the world. Are they out to lunch or not listened to in meetings? They are invited to the meetings, are't they?

Here is an idea to create a Solution to the Problem/Situation/This Mess:

Put the EGO away.

• Take people off the street - the ones that are out during the day and are not Computer people.
• Ask your mother or aunt. A family member that never understands and talks back to you and you have to listen to them, OR ELSE!
• Ask people whose "stupid questions" about computers drive you up the wall in irritation
• Get these people to use Google+ in front of you
• Write down all of the confusion that they encounter
• If you go over 4 volumes you have a problem
• YES - you have a problem and this will show you how much in 'real time'

I am on your side on this matter. Most people are your supporters.

The real Question:  Are you, Google, on your own side with Google+?
