I am back for a moment before then end of the day.

I work telephone technical support. This is not what I did for the same group. This is where I was sent when the organization shuffled itself around.

We have about 15,000 people at the CDC. The majority of the users have no issues. There is a group of people, 200 to 500, who call each day. They frequently have the same issues. They have the same personal problems.

Is it that they are in a loop of familiarity or is this the limits of what they are capable of working with? Do they find comfort or pain in their processing of problems and tasks?

I have no answers to these questions. I am merely an observer of the people. Is it about the individual person or the group?

These are not questions to be answered. These are questions to be experienced.
